When you apply, we collect the details you submit: name, email, contact handles, revenue stage, platform links, goals, notes, and attribution data such as referrer or campaign parameters.
How we use it
We use application data to review creator fit, prepare a private account audit, respond to the creator, prioritize follow-up, and improve the website and application flow.
Analytics
If analytics IDs are configured, Ofhoria may use tools such as GA4 or Meta Pixel to understand traffic, CTA clicks, form step completion, and conversion performance. These tools can be controlled by browser privacy settings and consent tools where applicable.
Sharing and retention
Application data may be delivered to Ofhoria-owned email, webhook, CRM, Discord, or Telegram systems used for lead review. We do not sell creator application data. Data is kept only as long as needed for review, relationship management, legal compliance, and business records.
Creator rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of application data by contacting team@ofhoria.com. We may need to retain limited records where required for security, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.
